Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas Analog Pirazol 3-(4-Klorofenil)-5-(3-Metoksifenil)-1-Fenil- Pirazol
Pyrazole is an organic compound with five atom in heterocyclic ring. This compound consist of three carbon atoms and two nitrogen atoms, which are included in one of the secondary metabolites of the alkaloid group. The presence of two nitrogen atoms in this compounds causes the compounds to have various biological activities, such as antimicrobial, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antimalarial and antipiuretic. This research is implemented to synthesize pyrazole compound 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-pirazole (TFP-4Cl-3OMe) and toxicity test for the compounds. A pyrazole compound TFP-4Cl-3OMe was synthesized through the oxidative aromatic reaction of 3-(4- chlorophenyl)-5-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-pirazole PF-4Cl-3OMe pyrazoline compound with glacial acetic acid using a heating method with reflux. The structure of the compound was identified by UV spectroscopy, FTIR, NMR, and HRMS analyzed. The yield obtained from the synthesis of TFP-4Cl-3OMe compound was 32,4%. Toxicity test of TFP-4Cl-3OMe compound were deter-mined by the BSLT method using shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach). LC50 values of compounds TFP-4Cl-3OMe were 78,34 µg/mL. LC50 value for pure compound is < 200 µg/mL. Then it can be concluded that the compound TFP-4Cl-3OMe are toxic and can be further pharmacologically tested.
