Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Di Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

This study aims to see the effect of training and commitment to the performance of BUMDes managers in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The sample of this study was conducted on 30 BUMDes from 5 Districts in Kampar Regency. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents, and successfully collected again with complete answers obtained from 30 respondents.
Primary data were collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Data collected from 30 respondents then the data were analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 23.0 using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to produce a classic assumption test, data analysis model, coefficient of determination and prove the hypothesis.
The results of the study show that: 1) there is a positive and partially significant effect of training on the performance of managers of (BUMDES) in Kampar District, 2) there is a positive and significant effect on partial commitment to the performance of managers of (BUMDES) in Kampar Regency, 3) there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of training and commitment to the performance of the managers of (BUMDES) in Kampar Regency.
