Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Proyek Dengan Menggunakan Metode Pert (Program Evaluation And Review Technique) Pada PT. Alifa Citra Mulia Pekanbaru

This research was conducted at PT. Alifa Citra Mulia Pekanbaru, which is conducting Griya Alifa Mawaddah 2 type 36 housing development. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze how long it takes to complete the Griya Alifa Mawaddah 2 housing development project (2) for the safety analysis needed for the development project Griya Alifa Mawaddah 2 (3) housing development to analyze the probability of developing the Griya Alifa Mawaddah 2. housing project. This type of research is descriptive, data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews and literature study. Calculating project analysis is done by the PERT method (Program Evaluation and Review Technique).
The conclusion of this research is that there are 28 critical work activities in the project. The calculation results show that the project can be completed with a duration of 240 days. If the project is completed in less than 225 days (according to management target), then the percentage is 00,99%. If the expectation of the project's target management success is to be completed on time at least 99,9%, then the project can be completed within 260 days.
