Persepsi Pembudidaya Terhadap Usaha Budidaya Ikan Tapah (Wallago Sp) Dalam Keramba Jaring Apung Di Desa Buluh Cina Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

This research was conducted in September 2019 in the Buluh Cina
Village, Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study aims
to determine the characteristics of fish farmers, to find out how the level of
perception of fish farmers and to analyze how the characteristics of the
relationship with the perception of fish farmers. The method used in this study is a
survey method that is analyzed using the Spearman Rank and the number of
responses in this study that is 25 respondents who processed using the SPSS 16
application.
Fish cultivator characteristics include: age, education, income, family
dependents, business experience. From the results of the analysis of the study, it
was found that the level of perception of fish farmers seen from 3 indicators
namely (views, ratings, responses), the more dominant indicators are response
indicators with a score of 96%, assessment indicators 92% and views with a score
of 60%. The characteristic relationship with fish farmers perceptions states, the
relationship related to age, education, business experience, income and the
number of dependents of the family has a significant relationship.
