Analisis Perbandingan Biaya Pembuatan Pelat Beton Metode Bondek Dan Pelat Konvensional Pada Pembangunan Proyek Sukaramai Trade Center 2 Pekanbaru

Public demands for the ease of building construction have resulted in the
engineering of the building construction sector, especially in the work of making
concrete floor slabs. In general, concrete floor slab work is done in a conventional
way. The way to do it is preceded by making a scaffold from wood, and you can
also use scaffolding. However, the use of these two conventional methods requires
a relatively higher cost, while not reducing the working time of making the
scaffold. The use of bondek plates is to reduce the cost of working, and time to
work on the concrete floor slabs and reduce the amount of concrete volume that
has an impact on the weight of the floor slabs. In the process of processing this
data, calculating the analysis of the unit price of the concrete floor slabs of the
Sukaramai Trade Center 2 (STC2) Pekanbaru building which is sourced from
work drawings and is based on AHS Cipta Karya, the Ministry of PUPR (Permen
PUPR 28/2016) and the unit price uses Unit Standards. Prices of Pekanbaru City
Government Goods and Services for Fiscal Year 2018. Based on the results of the
analysis and discussion, three objectives were obtained. First, making concrete
floor slabs using Bondek with fabricated rebar like Wiremesh has a simpler work
procedure compared to conventional methods. Second, making concrete floor
slabs using bondek slabs with wiremesh-manufactured rebar has a work time of
0.1093 OH / m² which is 0.2299 OH / m faster than the conventional method
which has a work time of 0.3392 OH / m². Third, making concrete slab floors
using bondek plates with wiremesh fabricated rebar requires a lower cost, namely
Rp. 1,401,596 / m² compared to the conventional method which costs Rp.
1,521,694 / m². Thus there is a cost efficiency of IDR 120,098 per square meter,
or an efficiency of 7.89% .
