The results showed that the crime against children in conflict with the law

But in practice child judge still having problems as the lack of number of institutions to replace places of arrest and detention of children in conflict with the law so that if child judge disconnect
job training criminal will be difficulty for child placement who are in conflict with the law to run the crime.
In juvenile criminal justice according to the law Juvenile Criminal Justice System mention of the role of Bapas, where Bapas has officers social advisor (PK) which is often called Probation, Parole, dan After Care Officer (in the Dutch era it was called Reclassering Ambtenaar). In the law enforcement process, social advisor play a role at all stages of the legal process, starting from the pre-adjudication stage, adjudikasi and post adjudikasi. From several social advisory duties one of its duties is make community writing reports for trials and carry out the task of mentoring children in conflict with the law in accordance with the provisions of the Law Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Community Research this juvenile court hearing very large role in the mentoring process against children with legal problems, without the existence of this Community Research the verdict handed down by the judge to the child is null and void . On child case handlers on pengadilan negeri pekanbaru there are 56 cases of children, 55 received a prison sentence and only 1 (one) who are given the act of returning to the parents/ guardian. the judge's decision in Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru against children in conflict with the law the majority are imprisonment, it is because the absence of facilities or facilities as a place for children in conflict with the law serving the sentence if decided by a child judge other than imprisonment and belum adanya persepsi yang sama antara aparat penegak hukum because the judge in deciding the crime also considers the prosecutor's demands.
