Komunikasi Pemasaran Pt. Idea Jim Kreatif Dalam Mempertahankan Loyalitas Pelanggan
The tourism industry has been developed very rapidly in Indonesia, by seeing the large number of tourist arrivals from abroad and within the country. The travel agency must be able to understand the necessary needs and must also be able to satisfy the customers of the agency. By providing the best service to satisfy consumers is an obligation of a travel agency company in providing the best service for consumers. Because consumers are factors that can determine the future of the product and even the future of the travel agency company itself. This study aims at how the marketing communication conducted by PT. Jim Creative's idea to maintain customer loyalty, in terms of personal selling, relationship marketing and social media marketing.
This study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis by describing the condition of the subject or research object based on visible facts. There were 6 informants in this study who were taken based on purposive technique. This technique is by collecting data through interviews, observation and. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that the marketing communications conducted by PT. Jim Creative's idea of personal selling this company to maintain customer loyalty they must have credibility, knowledge, and must have a good approach communication to clients. The relationship marketing used by this company to maintain long-term relationships is to provide special treatment by inviting Ibuktoa artists during the tour and then giving gifts in the form of cellphones to their customers during the trip. The social media marketing used by this company is Instagram, they do branding and provide photo content and designs that match what customers want. Then the response given by this company to customers gets a positive response, this is evidenced by the increase in customers and customers continue to use the services of this company.
