Manajemen Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Inklusi Untuk Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus Di SDS Cendana Duri
This research is a qualitative research, which aims to obtain information about the management of inclusive education for students with special needs at SDS Cendana Duri. This research focuses on assessing 1) planning the principal in the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs at SDS Cendana Duri, 2) Organizing the principal in the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs at SDS Cendana Duri, 3) Direction of the principal in the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs at SDS Cendana Duri, 4) Supervision of the principal in the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs at SDS Cendana Duri. The results achieved from this study are in the management of planning and directing the implementation of inclusive education at SDS sandalwood in good categories. Meanwhile, the Organizing and Supervision section is in the very good category. The planning and direction has not been implemented very well because there are several points about the quality of gru teaching based on the minimum standard of inclusive education services which are not fulfilled because this school is not the school designated as the provider of inclusive education.
