Pengaruh Promosi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Employee Engagement Pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Wilayah Pekanbaru
This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of Promotion and Work Motivation partially on the Job Satisfaction, Influence of Promotion and Work Motivation partially on the Employee Engagement, the influence of Promotion and Work Motivation on the Employee Engagement with Job Satisfaction as intervening variables. The study was conducted in PT. Bank Riau Kepri in Pekanbaru Region.
The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data were collected by using questionnaires that were given to 105 employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri in Pekanbaru Region using purposive sampling technique. The descriptive analysis method was used to describe the characteristics of the respondent and the research hypothesis. Variables used are Promotion and Work Motivation as an independent variable, the Employee Engagement as a dependent variable, and the job satisfaction as an intervening or mediation variable. Path analysis with SPSS 25 for windows was used to analyze the data.
The result of this study concluded that promotion has a direct influence significantly on the job satisfaction, work motivation has a direct influence significantly on the job satisfaction, the promotion has a direct influence significantly on the Employee Engagement, work motivation has a direct influence significantly on the Employee Engagement, and the job satisfaction has a direct influence significantly on the Employee Engagement. Indirectly, the job satisfaction has a positive mediation role on the influence of promotion on the Employee Engagement and the job satisfaction has a positive mediation role on the influence of Work Motivation on the Employee Engagement. The improvement of promotion and Work Motivation is recommended to optimize Employee Engagement and the Job Satisfaction.
