Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dasar Kasih Lestari Tembilah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This research aims to analyze and examine 3 things, namely as follows, (1) To find out the acceptance of teachers and education staff towards school principals in managing education at SD Kasih Lestari. (2) To determine the personal capabilities and intellectual abilities (personality abilities and mastery of knowledge in the field of school management) the principal in managing education at SD Kasih Lestari. (3) This is to determine the innovations made by school principals and institutions towards the educational process implemented in managing SD Kasih Lestari Tembilahan.
After conducting research on the 3 things mentioned above, it can be concluded that the results of the study show the acceptance of the teaching staff and education staff towards the principal of SD Kasih Lestari Tembilahan. development has not been done, the relationship between the teacher and the principal is not running harmoniously, the implementation of supervision has not been carried out properly, there is no vision and mission in leading, the lack of closeness of the principal with the parents of students and there are still personal problems carried away in terms of professionalism.
Furthermore, the capabilities or personal abilities and intellectual abilities of the principal in managing education at SD Kasih Lestari Tembilahan need to be improved, this can be seen from the school principal placing teachers in a position who is vacant to meet needs, the principal is always trying to improve his professionalism, the principal has not spread information after carrying out the training optimally, the principal has not supervised continuous and continuous learning and the principal has not provided guidance to teachers.
And the innovations made by school principals and institutions towards the educational process implemented in managing education at Kasih Lestari Elementary School have not been good because, the principal has minimal breakthroughs in learning, there is no move by the principal in advancing the school, the principal is less creative, the principal is less innovative, lack of knowledge of the principal of the head of the school, the principal does not understand the main duties and functions of the principal and there is no breakthrough of the principal in improving the quality of learning.
