Groundwater is one of the sources of clean water that is widely used by
peoples in various activities. In this modern era, peoples exploit groundwater
using technology, one of the West Sidomulyo region. Community activities in the
region of West Sidomulyo, namely in the environment of hospitals, occupations
and education. This condition can be used as educational media for the importance
of groundwater management so as to prevent the occurrence of groundwater
unbalance. Some causes of ground water balance can be disrupted is the
occurrence of RTH land function and excessive exploitation. The effort to
maintain a groundwater balance is to do groundwater quantity calculation.
Research on groundwater fluctuations is necessary to provide information to all
components of the community and government in the region. The purpose of this
research is to demonstrate the groundwater head fluctuation. The method used is
to use analytical methods with the input of rainfall data, groundwater depth, water
diffusion in the period of eighteen years. The resulting results indicate that the
head fluctuation provides a graph that has a cycle that changes annually and is
always changing in every area of the region.
