Abstract
The catch of the boad chart is divided into two, namely the main catch and the
bycatch, the main catch is the catch which is the main target of fishing, while
bycatch is catch that is caught and is not the target species, standard operating
procedure is a guideline designed to carry out a service activity. Standard
operating procedures are needed to avoid messed up communications and ensure
the estimated time needed to carry out service activities so that service activities
can run well and on time. This study aims to determine the comparison of the
main catch and the bycatch on the boat chart fishing gear and to know how to
implement standard operating procedures and quality of loading and unloading
services at the Bungus Ocean fishing port. To find out things related to the
purpose of the conducted with the port, skipper, fishermen and ship management,
interviews referred to standard operating procedures for loading and unloading
fish and standard operating procedures for checking fish inspections at Bungus
Ocean fishing ports. Guttman and likert scale.
