Strukturasi Komunikasi Internal Dalam Praktik Zetizen Riau Pos
Zetizen Riau Pos presents rubrics and organizes events as a space for crea-tivity, achievement, talent, and art for the younger generation in Riau. In Zetizen practice, internal organizational communication occurs between Zetizen Riau Pos agents, namely the Leader and Deputy Editor in Chief, Coordinator, Reporter, and the Z Face Riau Pos Association interacting with each other based on a structure that is continuously produced and reproduced. This study aims to de-termine the process of structuring Zetizen's internal communication, starting from the system, practice, and structure used; agency; and the structural duality that occurs.
This study uses qualitative research methods and is analyzed with structu-ration theory and Osgood and Scharmm's circular communication model. The subject in this study is the Zetizen Riau Pos which was then selected based on the-technique purposive. Data was collected through documentation studies, observa-tion, and interviews with four informants. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. In addition, the technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources and methods.
The results show that the Zetizen system can be described from the internal communication relationships of agents from different levels and the relationship between Zetizen agents and Riau Pos Media and Event Organizers Riau Pos. In their interactions, Zetizen agents also use a circular communication model that occurs during internal meetings. When practicing Zetizen Riau Pos, agents use rules in the form of job descriptions, policies, and procedures in the Zetizen ru-bric, open recruitment of Reporters, and the selection of Z Face Boy and Girl. Zetizen agents need resources in the form of material assistance from Riau Pos, interpersonal characteristics, and expertise of agents in order to achieve organi-zational goals. The agency is realized through the agent's act of submitting news ideas and events to be held. The transformed structure includes the policy of mod-ifying and reducing pages in the Zetizen Riau Pos rubric as well as innovation in the use of communication technology. The results of this study can be used as ref-erence material for Riau Pos, where it would be better if Zetizen Riau Pos struc-turing digital media by actively presenting environmental news and other issues and producing creative content to attract young people.
