Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai

This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) principal leadership on teacher performance, (2) work motivation on teacher performance, (3) principal leadership and work motivation together on teacher performance. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City, totaling 238 people with a sample of 150. Data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance of 0.503, and there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance of 0.674. Meanwhile, together there is an influence of principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance of 0.720.
