Analisis Optimasi Tingkat Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Pokok Dan Fungsional Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja Aceh

ABSTRACT
Fishing port is a technical service unit in production, processing and marketing of capture fisheries products. The activities in fishing port are closely related to the existence the available facilities. The study aims to analyze the rate of utilization of the facilities in Kutaraja Ocean Fsihing Port. The study was conducted on 24 September – 08 October 2020 using a survey method. Analysis of the utilization rate of facilities and Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis were used in this study. The result obtained utilization rate of basic and functional facilities for unloading dock (199,03%), loading dock (201,45%), port basin (8,13%), depth of port basin (105%), fish auction place (1137,93%), fuel oil tank (188,73%) and ice factory( 145,79%). In optimizing port facilities the highest priority criteria are obtained at accommodate fishing vassels 100 units (0,367328), depth of port basin at least -3m (0,625876) and marketing (0,494542).
