Dampak Kepentingan Global: Cina, Amerika Serikat, Jepang Dan Australia Di Laut Tiongkok Selatan Tahun (2012-207)
This study aims to explain the South China Sea Dispute involving claimant states such as; Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, Taiwan and China have become international disputes that have not been resolved since three decades ago until today. In addition, the dynamics of the dispute are also influenced by several external powers or global interests that have their own motives and goals in the South China Sea region, such as; United States, Australia, Japan.
This study uses an explanatory research model with a deductive pattern, namely to obtain an explanation of a social / political phenomenon. In this research, explanatory research is used to formulate an explanation of how the impact of global interests: China, the United States, Japan and Australia in the South China Sea within the framework of the realism perspective as an analytical tool.
The conclusion of this study is that global interests greatly affect the stability and security of the South China Sea and its surroundings. If the resolution process does not occur immediately, China's assertiveness in the region will also have an impact on other Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia.
