Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Elektronik Berbasis Multiple Intelligences Pada Materi Sistem Pertahanan Tubuh Kelas Xi SMA
The 21st century is characterized by the rapid development of communication and information technology. This development affects various areas of people's lives, one of which is the field of education such as the implementation of distance learning. The global pandemic caused by Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) caused distance learning to be implemented. Kemendikbud suggested opening an educational platform that schools and teachers can use to reach learners.
Each learner has the ability, intelligence, talent to varying learning speed. It is important for teachers to be aware of it and play a role in developing the intelligence of the learners. The effort that teachers can make is to implement the right learning strategy. There are various learning strategies, one of which is the Multiple Intelligences learning strategy. The application of this strategy needs to be synergized in a unique unity according to needs, so that learners are able to bring out all the intelligence they have and solve learning problems in an amazing way.
The body's defense system material is one of the materials in class XI that studies processes in the body. This material is abstract and has complex mechanisms that make it difficult for learners to learn it. Another difficulty obtained when studying the body's defense system is that there is no practicum or presenting torso or human limb media, so learners are less able to understand this material conceptually.
The solution of the various problems above both the implementation of distance learning, the application of Multiple Intelligences strategy, and the material of the body defense system that is difficult to understand one of them is to develop the right teaching materials, such as Electronic LKPD Based on Multiple Intelligences in Body Defense System Material Class XI SMA.
Electronic LKPD development research based on Multiple Intelligences is developed using the ADDIE model that has five stages namely Analyze (Analysis), Design (Design), Develop (Development), Implement
(Implementation), and Evaluate (Evaluation), which is applied to the development stage only. Researchers conduct an analysis stage that includes the analysis of basic competencies (KD), concepts and LKPD used by teachers. The next step is the design stage. At this stage researchers create the design of learning devices, Electronic LKPD and data collection instruments. The last stage is the development stage. At this stage, the electronic LKPD was validated by 5 validators and tested on a limited basis to 15 students and 20 students.
Validation results by validators against Electronic LKPD based Multiple Intelligences developed get an average score of 3.66 with a very valid category. In this study, the multiple intelligences measured were still general. Phase I limited trial results got an average score of 3.40 with excellent categories, and phase II limited trial results got an average score of 3.26 with excellent categories.
From the results of research conducted by researchers it can be concluded that Electronic LKPD based on Multiple Intelligences on the material of the high school class XI body defense system has been successfully developed and qualified and worthy to be used as a source of learning.
