Gambaran Pemeriksaan Magnetic Resonance Imaging Untuk Menentukan Metastasis Tulang Belakang Pada Adenokarsinoma Prostat Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Periode 2017-2020

Prostate adenocarcinoma is one of the most common forms of prostate malignancy
in men worldwide. This study aims to see whether MRI can determine spine
metastases in prostate adenocarcinoma at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province
for the period 2017-2020. This type of research is descriptive using secondary data
derived from radiological medical records and anatomical pathology. The results
showed that as many as 19 prostate adenocarcinoma patients were subjected to
MRI examinations at the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province for
the period 2017 - 2020. The description of the MRI examination to determine
prostate adenocarcinoma metastases based on the largest age group was the age
range 61-70 (36.8%), rectal toucher most were abnormal (100%), the highest pre-
