Diagram Kontrol Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (Ewma) Untuk Produk Rusak Rotte Bakery Beringin Pekanbaru

Statistical quality control is a statistical method to monitor the quality of a
product. Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) chart is a quality
control tool used to monitor the production process of attribute data and variable
data. Research on the production process using EWMA has been conducted at
Rotte Bakery Beringin Pekanbaru for data on the number of products defect in the
period December 2020-February 2021. The use of weight smoother values
( where in the EWMA chart is able to provide correction to the
control limit and change the plot pattern, so that it can be further detected whether
the process is completely statistically controlled or not. Applying λ = 1,0; 0,8; 0,6;
0,4; and 0,2 shows EWMA chart more sensitive. This sensitivity is seen from the
value smaller weight increasing the number of detected out-of-control points.
