Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Siswa Pada Yamaha Musik Ihomes Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image
on student loyalty (Study on Yamaha Music IHOMES Pekanbaru). Service
quality and brand image as independent variables (X1, X2), meanwhile student
loyalty as the dependent variable (Y).
The problem in this study is the number of students who experience
fluctuations at Yamaha Musik IHOMES Pekanbaru, in the last 5 years the target
achievement was only obtained for 1 year in 2016. The sample of this research
was taken as many as 74 respondents from the population calculated using the
slovin formula. The data was obtained from the questionnaire results and then
processed and then tested statistically through the SPSS program.
From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that service quality and
brand image have a positive and significant effect on student loyalty at Yamaha
Musik IHOMES Pekanbaru.
