This study aims to determine how well the Independent Learning of Community Learning Package C is at PKBM
Bunga Tanjung Tanjung Rambutan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive
research with quantitative methods. The population in this study was the Residents of Learning Package C at PKBM
Bunga Tanjung Tanjung Rambutan Village as many as 62 people with a total sample of 38 people. The sampling
technique used is the Simple Random Sampling method, which is a method of drawing a population in a certain way so
that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected or taken. The data in this study were
analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis of data and inferential analysis. Based on the analysis of respondents'
demographic factors, the mean result was 3.23. This proves that the demographic factors of the respondents (gender,
age and occupation) can determine how well independent learning is. Then the descriptive analysis based on the
variables obtained the mean value of 3.17 which is in the high interpretation. Then it was also obtained that the
contribution of the independent learning indicators for the learning community in Package C at PKBM Bunga Tanjung
Tanjung Rambutan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency was relatively low with a contribution of 27%, this
means that there are still 73% who are influenced by other factors and are not part of this study. The contribution of the
initiative indicator has a score of 37%, then the indicator for choosing learning resources has a score of 18%, the
indicator for determining learning time has a score of 9%, the indicator for choosing a place to learn gets a score of
10%. indicators evaluating learning outcomes get a score of 30%, indicators setting learning goals have a score of
11% and indicators determining how to learn have a score of 74%. that the seven indicators above are classified as low
contributors with a neutral interpretation contribution to the Independent Learning Variables of Learning Citizens
Package C at PKBM Bunga Tanjung Tanjung Rambutan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. This means that
each of the indicators is being carried out by the residents of Package C learning so that their independent learning is
still relatively low.
