pengembangan modul ajar pada materi matriks berbasis discovery learning untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas xi sma/ma
This study developed a mathematics teaching module based on the
Discovery Learning model to improve students' mathematical problem-solving
ability in the topic of matrices. The low level of students' mathematical problemsolving
ability, particularly in the topic of matrices, served as the background for
this research. The study refers to the ADDIE development model. The research
instruments consisted of validation sheets and practicality questionnaires. Expert
validation results indicated that the teaching module was highly valid, with an
average percentage score of 97.25%. The practicality questionnaire results from
the small group trial showed that the student worksheet (LKS) was highly
practical, with an average percentage score of 86.69%. The student response
questionnaire results from the large group trial also showed that the LKS was
rated as highly practical, with an average score of 87.34%. The conclusion of this
study is that the developed teaching module meets the criteria of being valid and
practical, making it suitable for use in learning. The implication is that this
module can facilitate students in constructing knowledge independently, which is
expected to enhance their mathematical problem-solving ability, particularly in
the topic of matrices.
