Analisis Multilokus Empat Barkode Dna Pada Famili Solanaceae
Solanaceae is a family of flowering plants consisting of 80 genera and 1700 species. The family is commonly used by the community as cooking ingredients to ornamental plants. Morphological variation in the Solanaceae family is often high, requiring molecular analysis in the form of DNA barcoding. DNA barcoding with four DNA barcodes can provide a better taxonomic picture. This study aims to analyze the multilocus of four DNA barcodes in the Solanaceae family. Sequence data were obtained from GenBank and analyzed using Multiple Sequence Alignment and BioEdit and MEGA 11 software. Unilocus phylogenetic analysis of the Solanaceae family, where the use of unilocus and multilocus DNA barcoding was unable to effectively separate different genera within the family.
Key findings: Barkode DNA, ITS, matK, rbcL, trnL-trnF IGS.
