Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Tirta Kampar
This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, totaling 111 people. The data analysis method used is path analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. 7) Discipline motivation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
