Pemodelan Bangkitan Pergerakan (Trip Generation) Pada Kawasan Sekolah Terpadu (Studi Kasus : Jalan Sultan Syarif Qasim, Jalan Hangtuah, Dan Jalan Dr. Sutomo Kota Pekanbaru)
The integrated school area is a place prone to traffic jams. This study aims
to identify the factors that influence trip generation in the integrated school area
on Sultan Syarif Qasim Road, Hangtuah Road, and Dr. Sutomo Road Pekanbaru
City as well as creating and analyzing its movement generation model. The data
analysis method used in this research is linear regression analysis using the help
of statistical programs. Data collection was carried out by counting the number of
vehicles that delivered and picked up and the distribution of questionnaires in
each school studied. In this study the dependent variable is the number of pickup
modes (Y1) and the number of delivery modes (Y2), while the independent
variables are the number of students (X1), number of teachers (X2), number of
classrooms (X3), class capacity (X4), size school (X5), distance traveled (X6),
delivery mode (X7), pickup mode (X8), travel time (X9), and length of time
waiting for pickup (X10). Determination of the best model must meet the
requirements of passing the statistical test and having the largest R² value (close
to 1).
The results of this study indicate that the variables that influence the
generation (pick-up vehicle) and attraction (delivery vehicle) models in the
integrated school area are the number of students (X1), the number of teachers
(X2), and class capacity (X4). The best model chosen for movement generation
(pick-up vehicles) is Y = -44.826 + 0.241 X1 + 1.942 X2 + 7.294 X4 with an R²
value of 0.996 and the best model chosen for movement attraction (delivery
vehicles) is Y = -60.461 + 0.235 X1 + 1.98 X2 + 7.92 X4 with an R² value of
0.995.
