Rancang Bangun Koverter Dc-Dc Topologi Forward Converter Untuk Aplikasi Aksesoris Pada Kendaraan Listrik
ABSTRACT
The ultimate goal of this project is to make a Forward topology dc-dc step down converter. The main source of electric vehicle engine propulsion is a 48 volt dc battery. The voltage requirement for electric vehicle accessories requires a voltage of 12 volts. To lower the battery voltage, this is done through a dc-dc converter circuit with a Forward Converter topology which functions to convert dc voltage to adjustable dc voltage. To activate the dc-dc converter circuit, a control circuit is required consisting of the SG3524 IC which functions as a regulator for the ignition of the mosfet, besides that the control circuit also functions as a regulator of the PWM signal sent to the mosfet to adjust the pulse width and switching frequency. The control circuit gets a voltage supply from the power supply circuit.
