Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru
Every organization generally needs to make managerial efforts to achieve
organizational goals. The success of a company or organization can be influenced
by several elements, but one that has the most influence on success is the human
resource factor employed by the company or organization. Because they carry out
the operations and policies of the organization, human resources are the most
valuable resource in a company. Management's ability to effectively manage the
human resources enrolled in the company's operations determines whether the
company will succeed in achieving the goals set or not.
Innovative work practices can boost productivity and build organizational
competence in an effort to achieve predetermined goals. Innovative work behavior
as a component of organizational behavior is essentially the result of interaction
between people as employees, groups as work processes, and organizational
processes as management techniques that are often used in organizations. For
businesses and organizations to perform well and maintain their competitive
advantage, innovation is essential.
A person who exhibits innovative behavior can be recognized by his critical
outlook on life, constant efforts to bring about changes in his environment and the
emergence of new ideas in both traditional and modern life, or by his
determination about which attitude to abandon towards a more progressive
mindset and make change efforts are worthwhile and valuable. Therefore,
someone who exhibits creative behavior will try to solve problems using methods
that are different from ordinary people but will be more effective and efficient.
Aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership
organizational climate and organizational commitment to innovative work
behavior. This study uses primary data and secondary data from companies such
as data on employee attendance rates, work schedules, number of employees. The
population in this study amounted to 80 employees with a sample of 59 people.
The sampling technique is a census or saturated sample. The analytical method
used is PLS analysis.
The results of the study show that 1) transformational leadership has a
positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, 2) organizational
climate has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, and 3)
organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on innovative
work behavior.
