Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Dan Pengalaman Magang Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dengan Minat Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Peserta Msib Universitas Riau
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a direct or indirect influence of self-efficacy and internship experience on work readiness using work interest as an intervening variable. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research with a population of 104 Riau University students who had participated in the MSIB batch 3-4 program and the sample used was 83 students who were research respondents using the proportional stratified random sampling method. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis consisting of data quality tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out, the results show that there is an influence of self- efficacy and internship experience (p < 0.05) on work readiness, and there is an influence of self-efficacy and internship experience (p < 0.05) on work readiness through work interest as a variable intervening with Riau University students participating in the MSIB program.
