PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PELATIHAN, ETOS KERJA DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA USAHA MIKRO SEKTOR KULINER (MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN) DI KECAMATAN PADANGSIDIMPUAN UTARA
This micro business is one of the main pillars of the national economy which
can obtain opportunities, protection, support and extensive development as a sign of
supporting the people's economic business group. Micro businesses have also proven
capable of contributing to economic stability in Indonesia and at the same time
proving that micro businesses are able to survive the global crisis. The development
of micro businesses from year to year is starting to grow rapidly. People are starting
to be interested in entrepreneurship or developing their businesses again as their
livelihood. This research aims to see the influence of motivation, training, work ethic
and entrepreneurship on the work effectiveness of Micro Enterprises in the Culinary
Sector (Food and Beverage) in North Padangsidimpuan District. This research
method is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 business actors.
Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling or census. The data
analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26
program. The research results show that motivation, work ethic and
entrepreneurship influence the effectiveness of business work. Meanwhile, training
has no effect on the effectiveness of business work.
