PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP KOTA TIMUR PEKANBARU
The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of
leadership on employee performance, test and analyze the influence of work
motivation on employee performance, test and analyze the influence of job
satisfaction on employee performance, test and analyze the influence of
leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction, and test and
analyze The influence of work motivation on employee performance through job
satisfaction.
This research uses explanatory research. The number of samples used was
87 PT employees. PLN (Persero) ULP East City Pekanbaru using probability
sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The data used in this research are
primary and secondary data. The path analysis model is the model used in this
research using SPSS 25 tools.
The research results show that Leadership (X1) influences Employee
Performance (Y), Work Motivation (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y),
Satisfaction Work (Z) influences employee performance (Y). This research also
shows that Job Satisfaction (Z) can be a mediating variable between the influence
of Leadership (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the influence of Work
Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).
