Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru
The progress of an organization depends on the human resources within it. The human resources in question are selected people who provide their abilities and energy for the progress of the organization. The sustainability of an organization depends on the performance provided by its human resources. This research was conducted on 60 employees, with a research sample of 60 people. The research results show that communication, compensation and non-physical work environment influence performance.
