PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA MEDIS PADA UPT PUSKESMAS TANJUNG MEDANG KECAMATAN RUPAT UTARA KABUPATEN BENGKALIS

This research aims to determine “The Influence of Communication, Work
Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Medical Personnel at the
Tanjung Medang Health Center UPT, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency.” The
population in this study is medical personnel at the Tanjung Medang Community Health
Center.
Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
research results. To test the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression
data analysis with the help of the SPSS ver. 25. Sampling uses saturated sampling,
where all members of the population are sampled. Based on this, the research sample
was 44 medical personnel from the Tanjung Medang Community Health Center, North
Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency.
The research results show that: 1) Communication variables have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of medical personnel. 2) The Work Motivation
variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical personnel.
3) The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance
of medical personnel. 4) The variables Communication, Work Motivation and Work
Discipline had simultan influence the performance of medical personnel.
