ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the influence of company size, financial performance, investment decisions, and environmental performance on funding decisions. The research was conducted on property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The population in this study consists of 60 companies, while the sample comprises 45 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially, company size and financial performance have a significant positive effect on funding decisions, while investment decisions have a positive but not significant effect on funding decisions, and environmental performance has a negative but not significant effect on funding decisions in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022.
