Pengaruh Tayangan Inbox Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) Terhadap Tingkat Penggunaan Nada Sambung Pribadi (NSP) Telkomsel (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Non Reguler Fisip Universitas Riau)

Ring Back Tone (RBT) is a dial tone when we make phone calls to another number such as voice or music tracks. Personals Link tone is a featured product from the provider Telkomsel, the popularity of NSP's even more popular than they ring tone (ringtone). This study aims to determine the effect of rate of impressions inbox SCTV use Personal Connecting Tone (RBT) non-regular students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Riau. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative data collection using questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and observation. To determine the effect of rate of impressions inbox SCTV use Personal Connecting Tone (RBT) non-regular students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Riau, the author uses simple linear regression analysis. X variable in this study is to show SCTV inboxes, while the Y variables are the use of Personal Connecting Tone. The number of sample as many as 108 people, researchers used a quota sampling technique to determine the sample in this study. The test data processing is done by using questionnaires Statistics Program Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 16.0. The results of this study showed no significant effect between impressions towards the use of your inbox SCTV Personal Connecting Tone (RBT) telkomsel non regular students of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Riau. This is based on data analysis using simple linear regression the regression coefficient obtained in this study was Y = 24.21-0.10 -0.99 X with t count is smaller than the t table with a significance level of 0.325 1.998 is bigger than that of α = 0.05. The factors that inhibit non-regular students do not use Personal Connecting Tone (RBT) is the technology factor where they are more interested in using Internet services than NSP and economic factors it is because most of them are children in boarding house so that his lifestyle in accordance with economic circumstances ,.
