Of research result is found some faktor–faktor what does regard region asset management in mengalihfungsikan terminal farm becomes to center governance is human sumberdaya, financial sumberdaya and infrastructure, factor is dominal the most in region asset management at Moorland City is sumberdaya financial.
This research is executed at Moorland City, correct it on duty finance and Asset Management, DPRD is Moorland where that as population and sample in observational it is officer or clerk even on duty finance and Asset Management and DPRD'S clerk Moorland, samples taking tech utilize purposive sampling, in data collecting was utilized to methodic observation, interview and documentation. Setalah is collected data to be analysed by use of kualitatif's descriptive analysis.
After been done that found research Region Asset management at Moorland City all this time was maximal, it can be seen from G.R Terry's theory that is sighted bases of four indicators which is planning, organizing, actuating and controling .
