ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at SMP Islam Terpadu Mutiara Duri Kecamatan Pinggir, Kabupaten Bengkalis during academic year 2013-2914. using qualitatative research method
The collection data method were obtained from interview, observation and documentation study.meanwhile , the informants of this research were one person of employment coordinator, one person of Headmaster, one person of vice Headmaster who supervise on curriculum and three of student parents.
The research was conducted in depth analysis about junior high school success, which was previously recognized as an outcast school, who only accommodated students which not accepted in others school. Whith their full efforts and concistency by improving some.aspect, this junior high school gained their success, turning froman underestimated school to be one of pavorite junior high school in the area. Their students even could became the winner of some academic or non academic competition, in the level of kecamatan, Kabupaten, National event International.
