Manajemen Periklanan Pada Radio Mandiri Fm 98.3 Pekanbaru

Mandiri FM radio is a local radio in the city of Pekanbaru, a media company that is engaged in the system would require the application of good management such as planning, organizing, implementing up to the stage in order to create effective monitoring of performance and quality of the radio. In addition it is no less important part of a radio advertisement that is on the main source of income from media such as radio, in order to produce a quality advertisement in the production process should also implement an advertisement management system that has produced better quality and in accordance with demand from advertisers. This study aims to determine how the advertising production management conducted by Mandiri radio 98.3 FM Pekanbaru such as planning, organizing, implementation oversight to the stage at the ad generated.
This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. The study is located in a Mandiri FM radio, on Tuanku Tambusai street no. 07 Pekanbaru with production management research object Mandiri ads on FM radio and the subject of research is the general manager, program manager, finance, marketing, creative, production, broadcasters and advertisers with some data collection techniques using in-depth observation and interviews and documentation.
The results of this study demonstrate the applicability of the management of advertising in the advertising production process is carried out by a Mandiri FM radio such as the preparation of the production planning stage by holding a meeting to determine the production crew, determine creative ideas and supporting information about advertising to the preparation of equipment and support equipment. In the organizing stage is to determine the stage of the main tasks of each crew who handled such as field production crew & creative team, broadcasters, editors, program manager, admin and finance department. Then in the implementation phase which is a manifestation of the previous stages of the production process here is done scripting, sound recording, mixing up your ad and the last is the monitoring stage, this stage is the control of all the activities that have been carried out in order to be evaluated in order to create work that better than before.
