Hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi dengan Kualitas Pelayanan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bengkalis
The objective of this research was to find out the correlation between work discipline and organisational culture and service quality. The research hypotheses proposed in this study were (1) there was a positive correlation between work discipline and service quality; (2) there was a positive correlation between organizational culture and service quality; (3) there was a positive correlation between both work discipline and organizational culture and service quality. The population of the study was all employees working at Bengkalis District Education Office with the total of 48 employees. Of this total, 43 of them were taken as the sample of the study. The data were gathered using a set questionnaire with Likert Scale. The correlation and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the analysis provided the evidence that (1) there was a significant correlation between work discipline and the service quality at Bengkalis District Education Office, (2) there was a significant correlation between organizational culture and service quality at Bengkalis District Education Office, and (3) there was a significant correlation between both work discipline and organizational culture and service quality at Bengkalis District Education Office.
