Uji Kemampuan Biofungisida Trichoderma Harzianum Rifai Formulasi Tepung Yang Mengandung Bahan Organik Berbeda Terhadap Jamur Ganoderma Boninense Pat. Secara In Vitro
This research aims to study the potency of Trichoderma harzianum Rifai biofungicide in powder formulation containing different organic matters to the growth and development of Ganoderma boninense Pat. in vitro and to obtain the best organic matter as a food source in biofungicide formulation. This research was conducted at Plant Pathology Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Riau University from April until June 2014. This research has been conducted using a completely randomized design consisted of 6 treatments and 4 replications. The organic matters used are steam of palm leaves (B1), bagasse (B2), rice straw (B3), rice husk (B4), water hyacinth (B5) and azolla (B6). Data were analyzed statistically using Analisys of Variance and the means were analyzed with Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT). The result showed that Biofungicide containing T. harzianum fungi in steam of palm leaves, bagasse, rice straw, rice husk, water hyacinth, and azolla had different abilities to inhibit the G. boninense growth. Biofungicide containing T. harzianum fungi in steam of palm leaves organic matter had the greatest ability to inhibit G. boninense fungi, namely 60.20 %.
