Strategi Pengolahan Krispi Jamur Di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Kemitraan Agro Intan Nusantara)

This study aims to determine the treatment strategy krispi mushrooms in District Rumbai Coastal Pekanbaru (Agro Partnership Case studies Intan Nusantara).
The population in this study is a businessman oyster mushroom cultivation and processing of mushrooms on Partnership krispi Agro Nusantara Village Limbungan Diamond Tassel Coastal District of Pekanbaru City. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method using SWOT analysis.
Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the study showed that processing of mushrooms in District Rumbai krispi Coastal Pekanbaru (Agro Partnership Case studies Intan Nusantara) had been developed. It can be seen from the SWOT analysis stating krispi fungus treatment strategy is in the region I (Strategy Aggressive) . The strategy should be applied in these circumstances is to support aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). This aggressive strategy more focused on strategy SO (Strength - Opportunities), by using force to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy of SO (Strength- Opportunities) are: (1) Maintaining the state and the current position and trying to further improve the quality and the quality of the product, (2) Expanding market share and expand the distribution range of products , such as cooperating with retailers or agents, in order to can increase sales, (3) Aggressive promotion and socialization of products to reach the wider community, both within the city and outside the city, (4) increase of capital and investment, to expand its business activities, and (5) Maintain a good relationship and loyalty to customers.
