This study aimed to analyze the effect of the limitations of information systems, management commitment, and decision-making authority to the accountability of the performance of government agencies in the regency. the research object is SKPD Pelalawan. The population used in this study is the local government officials (civil servants) in SKPD in Pelalawan with the number 32 on education. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study is the head of department, Head of Division and Head of Section finances. The sample used in this study were 69 respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis of the research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 17.0. The results of this study found that the variable information system limitations affect the performance accountability of government agencies with a regression coefficient of 0.686 and 0.001 significant (alpha < 0.05), management commitment affect the performance accountability of government agencies with a regression coefficient of 0.267 and 0.119 significant (alpha < 0.05), decision-making authority affect the performance accountability of government agencies with a regression coefficient of 0.393 and 0.190 significant (alpha
