Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pt. Telkomsel Sumbagteng Cabang Pekanbaru

This research is done at PT. Telkomsel Sumbagteng Pekanbaru Branch on Jalan Jend. Sudirman Pekanbaru. With the aim to know and analyze the Influence of Spirit Work And Communication Against Employee Discipline In PT. Telkomsel Sumbagteng Pekanbaru Branch. Where in this study population is all employees of PT. Telkomsel Sumbagteng Pekanbaru Branch. Its employees are 148 people. The sample used in this research is 135 employees and data processing using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program.
Based on the results of the test if the data using multiple linear regression can be taken several conclusions, namely: there is a significant influence between the variable morale and communication to employee work discipline. If the morale and communication problems are not well managed then it will reduce employee work discipline, there is a significant influence between the morale variables on employee work discipline, there is a significant influence between the communication variables on employee work discipline. From the results of the responses of respondents to the discipline is known that the lowest value is "employees always come late and go home fast". For that the company should give sanctions severe enough to employees who are not disciplined. So this can improve employee work discipline.
