Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi Non Finansial Dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Parit Padang Global Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT Parit Padang Pekanbaru with the aim to know the influence of Organizational Culture variable, Non Financial Compensation and Job Insecurity simultaneously to Turnover Intention at PT Parit Padang Global Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT Parit Padang Global Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 43 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variables Organizational Culture, Non Financial Compensation and Job Insecurity simultaneously significant effect on Turnover Intention. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) shows that the variables Organizational Culture, Non-Financial Compensation and Job Insecurity have significant effect on Turnover Intention. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,794 which means, Organizational Culture variable, Non Financial Compensation and Job Insecurity together influence Turnover Intention, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
