Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Sistem Integrasi Sapi-Kelapa Sawit Dengan Pola Pemeliharaan Intensif Di Desa Teluk Merbau Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau

This research aimed to analyze financial feasibility and sensitivity toward production changes, input prices, and output prices of Integration System of Cattle-Palm Business in Teluk Merbau Village, Dayun Sub-District, Siak Municipality, Riau Province. Study Cases Method was used as research method. Primary and secondary data was used in this research. Informant in this research consisted of Merbau Makmur II Farmer Group which had 12 members and 36 cattle, Agricultural Extension of Teluk Merbau Village, KUD Tunas Muda of Teluk Merbau Village, and KUD Tunas Muda Stall of Teluk Merbau Village. Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) were used as data analysis of investment criteria. The results showed that: Integration System of Cattle-Palm Business was feasible to obtained because it had a positive NPV score, Net B/C score was greater than zero, and IRR score was greater than Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC), the business would be still feasible to obtain if there were a decrease of FFB production equal to 31,80%, input price increase equal to 36,11%, and decrease of FFB output price equal to 18,83%.
