Kesiapan Investasi Sumber Daya Manusia Di Kota Pekanbaru Untuk Menghadapi Bonus Demografi
This study aims to determinethe readiness of investment human resources in the city of pekanbaru to face demographic bonus. Education and healthy as a variable(X) and demographic bonus (Y). This study uses secondary dataobtained from thecentral bureau statistics. The method of analysis used in this study isdescriptive and literatures studies library. The study conculuded that efforts to improve the quality of resources to welcome the demographic bonus though education and health are met. Pekanbaru city literacy rate in 2015 was 99,90%, the remaining 0,10% of elderly who have difficulty learning. If the projected state of education in 2030 RLS also experienced positive improvements, that can be projected RLS in 2020 was 11,45 equivalent to a high school class 2. The quality of education can be seen from the old school expectation and average length of school.Based on New Method HDI, Kota Pekanbaru School Expectation Figures in 2015 amounted to 14.86. In the future, it is expected that children at certain ages will feel the school for almost 15 years or have been sitting in college semester 5. This study concludes that efforts to improve the quality of human resources to welcome demographic bonus through education and health can be fulfilled. Because the year 2011-2015 the quality of education and health quality continues to grow. If this runs continuously in prediction Pekanbaru City will be able to take advantage of the momentum of demographic bonus that memimiki positive effects on economic growth.
