ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the application of OSH programs and work discipline to work productivity of employees in the production of oil palm factory (PKS) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. Implementation of OSH program is one important part that need to be considered in the implementation of production process. Occupational accidents and occupational diseases still occur frequently in the company due to lack of awareness of employees of the importance of occupational safety and health for employees. Work discipline is very important for the creation of employees with high integrity to what is determined by the company. The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Discipline program is expected to increase work productivity of employees in the production process. This research was conducted on the employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. Which this research is taking as many as 100 people.
Data obtained through questionnaires and direct observation in the field. The data from the questionnaire is further processed using statistical analysis that is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test.
The results showed that the results of the first test t test hypothesis that OSH on employee productivity is thitung (8,013) > ttabel (1,984) means that OSH variable significantly influence employee productivity. Both work disciplines on employee work productivity is thitung (5,931) > ttabel (1,984) means work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity. F-test of safety and health (OSH) and work discipline on employee work productivity is Fhitung (36,338) > Ftabel (3.09). This means that OSH and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity.
