Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Tenaga Asn Kontak Di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Pelalawan
This research was conducted on contracted ASN personnel in
Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade
of Pelalawan Regency. This study aims to examine the effects of organizational
culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium
Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency. The variables of this
study are very important in relation to the performance of contract ASN power in
the agency.
The research was conducted by closed questionnaire method toward 152
respondents. The respondents are contracting ASN personnel in the Cooperatives,
Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Offices of Pelalawan
Regency. Based on research that has been done with path analysis.
This study concludes that organizational culture has no positive and
significant effect on work motivation, but has positive and significant influence on
OCB while job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to work motivation
and to OCB. Self motivation variable also has positive and significant influence
on OCB. Furthermore, organizational culture mediated by work motivation has a
significant influence on OCB and job satisfaction mediated by work motivation
also has a positive and significant influence on OCB in the Department of
Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan
Regency. Therefore, this study recommends the relevant agencies to improve the
organizational culture and job satisfaction to improve work motivation that
positively impacts the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the
contracted ASN power contract.
