Analisis Belanja Modal Provinsi Riau Tahun 2007-2017
This study aims to analysis development of capital expenditure, the development of the ratio of capital expenditure to APBD, the development of the ratio of capital expenditure to population, the development of the ratio of capital expenditure to GDP per capita of Riau Province in 2007-2017. Using time series data from the realization of capital expenditure, population, and Gross Regional Domestic Product Per Capita on the basis of constant 2010 prices by category including oil and gas Riau Province in 2007-2017. Descriptive and quantitative analysis methods.
The results of this study are the development of capital expenditure in Riau Province in 2007-2017 experiencing fluctuations with an increasing trend, with the highest growth occurred in 2015 amounting to 223.01% and the lowest growth occurred in 2014 amounting to -72.22%. The capital expenditure ratio fluctuates with a downward trend, the higher the capital expenditure budgeted in the APBD, the higher the economic development activities that will be carried out in the area, because capital expenditure is the driving force of the regional economy. Capital expenditure per capita of Riau Province has fluctuated with an increasing trend with the average population of Riau Province in 2007-2017 receiving capital expenditure of Rp. 2.07 million for each soul, with the lowest capital expenditure per capita occurring in 2014 at Rp. 0.10 million / person while the highest occurred in 2013 amounting to Rp.0.37 million / person, the higher the realization of capital expenditure, the higher the level of economic activity in society that can encourage economic growth. The ratio of capital expenditure to GDP per capita of Riau Province in 2007-2017 experiences a downward trend every year.
