Analisis Efisiensi Usahatani Mentimun Di Kecamatan Perhentian Raja

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of cucumber farming in
Perhentian Raja District. By using the census method, all farmers are the object
of research as many as 63 people.
Analysis of the data used is the R / C Ratio, and Break Event Point (BEP). The
results showed that the total income of farmers amounted to Rp.755,250,000 per
planting season, while the total cost was Rp.135,206,241. Farming efficiency is at
a coefficient of 5.59. means that R / C ˃ 1. While the break-even point (BEP) of
production occurs at a coefficient of 16,858 kilograms with an average of 267.6
kilograms The cultivation of cucumber plants in Perhentian Raja District is quite
efficient and can be used as one of the side businesses for communities around the
District The dismissal of the king as additional income.
