Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kesempatan Investasi, Leverage, Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2018)

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, invesment opportunity and firm size,
against dividen policy in registered manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock
Exchange. The research data is secondary data in the form of the annual reports of
companies. While the population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in the
Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. Selection of the sample using purposive
sampling method in which the population of 165 selected according to criteria of a sample of
55 companies selected. The data analysis used is multiple regression. The results of this study
show that profitability has positif effect on the dividend policy, investment opportunity set has
negative effect on the dividend policy, managerial ownership has positif effect on the
dividend policy. Meanwhile leverage no effect on the dividend policy. Simultaneously show
that profitability, investment opportunity, and managerial ownership have a significant effect
on dividen policy.
